Reservation Retrieval

To pay for reserved tickets, fully insert the transaction code (words and numbers) in the box and click Enter.


The Reservation Term is clearly shown on the Cart summary page by the time clock icon, which shows the right time limit within Customer could pay for the admission tickets.

Once the specified time limit has expired, your reservations will be automatically cancelled and all of the seats will be put back on sale.

Please remember that every Promoter can withdraw available seats from Vivaticket online sale system completely autonomously, without any intervention by Charta S.r.l. sole shareholder. If there are any unpaid reservations at the time of withdrawal, it will not be possible to retrieve them, even though the time limit may not have expired.
